Adam (MA ARICS) is a qualified chartered surveyor who runs his own company, Millwood Capital, specialising in real estate development and investment in the UK.
Adam has over 35 years’ experience in commercial property having worked for a range of city institutions including Mercury Asset Management, Merrill Lynch Investment Managers & Legal & General, and private property companies. Whilst Adam’s real estate experience has been primarily focussed on the UK, he has been involved with investments in Germany and China, and he established an office for Knight Frank in Botswana where he worked for over 3 years. Adam has had a lifelong passion for Africa, having lived and worked in Botswana and Kenya, and a regular traveller to Africa. Adam has held a variety of trustee positions for UK charities with over 20 years’ experience focussed on both education and conservation.
