Kalle began his career as an Assistant Site Engineer, where he proficiently managed diverse civil projects, including residential and commercial construction, drainage systems, road development, and quality control.
As Director of Works at a rural district council in Western Zambia, he demonstrated his commitment to fostering innovative infrastructure solutions and ensuring the seamless execution of contracts, while actively involving the community.
Following this pivotal role, Kalle took on the responsibilities of a Shelter/WASH Officer at UNHCR in the Mantapala Refugee Settlement. Over the course of 4 years, he honed his expertise in providing sustainable shelter and clean water access to communities in dire need.
